What is the hiring process like?

This differs from site to site and will depend on the location where you’re applying to work and the role. Some positions can have an expedited timeline due to urgent need, but you can expect to participate in 1-3 interviews throughout the entire process. Please ask the HR contact or hiring manager when you apply what the expected timeline and process will be.

Do you offer Benefits?

What does a day in the life look like for the role I’ve applied for?

What are the shifts like?

Most of our roles work main shift, which differs in time and total hours based on the facility’s production needs. However, some roles offer opportunities for a second shift or a night shift. Ask your HR contact or hiring manager what the hours will look like for your specific role.

What about overtime?

Overtime is dependent on the needs of the plant and production and can fluctuate throughout the year. Ask your HR contact or hiring manager about the average overtime for the role you are applying for.
